Owner | Medical Professional | Personal Trainer

“Being healthy and fit is something that I did not fall into naturally. At 308lbs I decided something needed to change and that was my lifestyle. Journeying through a self driven 188lb weight loss I discovered how to create the best, most healthy version of myself. After completing my bachelors degree in biomedical sciences I knew I wanted to further myself in understanding the body through the practice of medicine. Becoming a certified physicians assistant has allowed me to understand what the body truly needs to maximize your health, inside and out.

As a personal trainer and the owner of Fairhope Fitness 24, I am creating a boutique health center that is driven by wellness, fitness, community and a positive culture! My passion has always been people - my personal weight loss journey gives me the unique opportunity to connect and help others achieve their best, most healthy version of themselves.”
